Rain Storm (Sinful Colors) made me cry out because it was this close to being a perfect tardis blue. But alas, it's lacking a particular richness- maybe I can pull it off for new!Who S1-S4? I think so. This gorgeous creme can be applied in one coat if you're really careful but I couldn't be bothered so it took me two coats. It's a blue, so avoid smurfy tips by using good base coat (two coats) and excellent remover (pull straight down, don't rub it out).
