This was a pleasure to put on.
Pier 17 is a gorgeous blue blue blue with a shimmer and pearl finish that just glows from within. It took two coats to get to the photos below and applied well. The formula is a bit runny (which is why I found it pleasantly surprising that it was opaque in 2 coats) so a bit of skill may be required in figuring out how much is just enough. I can't say more than that, it's gorgeous!
