This is China Glaze's Secret Peri-Wink-Le, a lovely blue creme. Two coats of this lovely blue and I got opacity. This is a bad application but I was in a bit of a rush and I kept dinging my nails. Good application from a good formula. Nothing special but it's quite pretty.
