I tried adding some thinner to this to make application easier. It helped a bit but doesn't do anything for the streakiness (it dries to quickly during application). The polish eventually settled eventually, but only on my left hand (for obvious reasons).
I still like having a bright spring yellow so until I have a better option, this isn't too bad- though it means application only if I'm willing to wear it out for a while. All that time spent getting it right has to be worth something!
