You're My Dandy Lion is another one of the discontinued shades from Cult Nails. It's a bright yellow with some extremely fine pearly shimmer. Unfortunately, I usually find that light colored polishes with this kind of shimmer are even more annoying to manage than pastel cremes. The formula for this was runny and difficult to control, and it required three coats. That being said, this is a yellow polish, and they are widely known to be difficult, no matter the brand. Which is too bad, because look how pretty!
