This is Black Magic (Sinful Colors) over Inkwell (Sinful Colors). I didn't have the patience for getting full coverage, though it takes around three to four coats by itself, so I put it over what I already had. It's a unique polish made up of a dark grey base packed with silver shimmer with sprinklings of larger orange glitter. Never seen anything like it in a mainstream brand. Too freakin' cool!
