Opening Night (Sinful Colors)

Keeping track of Sinful Colors collections is almost futile. This one has popped up in multiple collections, the most recent being Glam Rock. It is a luxurious blue with teal shimmer all throughout, making it seem very slightly duochrome. The formula is great; applies well and perfect at two coats with no need for topcoat to get it to gleam.
