Rise & Shine (Sinful Colors) is a teal matte polish with lovely turquoise shimmer. I'm pretty sure it's a dupe for Turned Up Turquoise (China Glaze), I just don't have time for a dupe post at the mo' but I'll confirm it later to be sure. Application was a bit rough, it was very thick but that's what I'm used to with matte polish. It covered in two coats and a top coat brought it to a shine and brought out the shimmer. Love it!
