East Village (NYC)This is a gorgeous bright teal with great shimmer all through it. My criticism comes from the fact that it's as sheer as all get out; it took four to five coats for the above picture. Application was a plus because it is very easy to control. I love this color for its layering possibilities as well; putting it on top of other blues creates some interesting colors.
