This loveliness is an oldie but a goodie being repromoted in various displays but I'm pretty sure it's been in their core collection for some time now. Hot Spot (SinfulColors) is a beautiful navy blue base with just hints of sparkle. Applied in two coats but I will say that I would probably add a third coat next time.
